Tiddly Inks - Little Valentines Mermaids

Hi Everyone!
Today i have a card using an image from Little Valentines Mermaids | Stickers and Digital Stamps from Tiddly Inks.
The image was coloured with Oil based pencils. the background was created with distress inks and water. On your glass matt put down Tim Holts distress ink colours then spritz with water. Place the card on top and press down. Leave to dry (or use your heat gun). I then die cut some waves and distressed with the same colours used for the background with an applicator. I then used some images from Time for Tea Designs ' Shell Phone' stamp and die set, to complete the scene.
