Exciting news I have now joined the Pennys Paper-Crafty team, and am totally excited about it!

Here is my DT inspiration using the image Chibis Balloons 2

The png. image was placed on a summer scene paper backdrop and then printed. The image was coloured with ProMarkers.

I have used papers from the Papermanias Bight Capsule Collection, and added some die cut balloons, Tattered lace sunglasses die cut and a Make and Cut Birthday Die Cut!
